In a quiet, safe, and hygienic environment, users can consume drugs they have brought with them under the supervision of medical and social workers. Users can access counseling and, if necessary, be referred to further support services.

Medical counseling and treatment are available at the outpatient drug treatment clinic.

These services are supplemented by community outreach. Through direct contact with residents and businesses in the neighborhood, outreach workers provide education and information about how to file complaints and find solutions, and ensure the proper disposal of drug-related waste in the surrounding area.
