La Strada is the drug support center run by Aidshilfe Frankfurt and offers drug users in Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel district basic services and practical survival support. Its services range from counseling and support for quitting to an integrated smoking and drug consumption room, and it follows the concept of accepting, low-threshold drug support work with the following goals:

  • Health promotion
  • Initiating and supporting the desire for change
  • Advocating for better policy frameworks

La Strada offers:

  • A safe and quiet space
  • A drop-in center with a café
  • A drug consumption room (inhalation, nasal, intravenous)
  • Low-threshold drug counseling
  • Legal counseling
  • Overnight shelter

There are no access restrictions for people on substitution therapy.
